Appointments are scheduled in advance by contacting me directly. Please call or email me to schedule. I schedule appointments between 9AM and 4PM, Monday -Thursday. I meet with clients in-person in the office on Mondays and Wednesdays only. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, I meet with clients via telehealth only.
I generally return phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and reply briefly to emails throughout the work day. I do not check messages after 5PM or Friday-Sunday, except for crisis situations.

Cancellations: I require 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Contact me by voicemail or email. I do not accept text message. In the event of bad winter weather or illness, please send an email to cancel your appointment. Please do not attend an in-person appointment if you are ill. I will contact you by email if I am unable to attend an appointment.
The most secure way for clients to contact me is to send a message through the Patient Portal using your login information.
